SoFlo360 is a Florida-based bookkeeping firm serving Fort Myers-area small businesses remotely. We're in Polk County, a couple hours north, and the whole engagement runs online — built for the construction, real estate, marine, and home-services businesses driving Southwest Florida's growth and rebuild.
Southwest Florida — Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Estero, Bonita — is in a long construction and growth cycle, accelerated by post-hurricane rebuilding. That puts a lot of contractors, trades, real estate, and home-services owners in front of more work than they can keep books for. They don't need a big firm; they need clean monthly bookkeeping and tight 1099 and job-cost records. We do that entirely remote: bank feeds, document upload, monthly close. We're a couple hours north in Polk County, but the work never depends on the drive.
These are the categories where we tend to fit small operators in the Fort Myers market best. If yours isn't listed, ask us anyway — about half our work is in industries we don't have a dedicated page for yet.
Residential subs and small GCs riding the Cape Coral, Lehigh Acres, and Estero building cycle, plus the post-hurricane rebuild. Job costing, 1099 vendor records, and CPA-ready year-end books that survive a workers' comp audit.
