SoFlo360 is based in Auburndale — fifteen minutes east of Lakeland off I-4. This is our home market. We work with small businesses up and down the Polk County corridor, from trades and distribution to restaurants and real estate, and we're the one city page on this site where "local" is actually accurate.
We're actually local here. Most of our city pages start with "we're not in [city], we're in Polk County" — this is Polk County. We're fifteen minutes from downtown Lakeland, twenty from Bartow, twenty-five from Winter Haven, and we know the corridor intimately. The work still runs remotely because that's how modern bookkeeping is most efficient — but if you want to meet in person, it's easy to do. The Lakeland economy has shifted dramatically in the last decade — Publix headquarters, the Saddle Creek logistics ecosystem, the Amazon distribution center, the construction boom along the Polk Parkway. The businesses we work with most are the small operators serving that growth.
Polk County's economy is industrial in a way Orlando and Miami aren't. These are the categories where we tend to fit local operators best.
Residential subs, small GCs, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, concrete — Polk County is one of the fastest-growing residential markets in Florida and the trades that serve it. Job costing, 1099 vendor records, clean books ready for the CPA at year-end.
