SoFlo360 is a Florida-based bookkeeping firm serving Tampa-area small businesses remotely. We're an hour east in Polk County, the work happens entirely online, and we serve clients from Hyde Park to Westshore to Brandon — including the small operators getting squeezed out by the downtown mid-size firms that won't take you on under $800 a month.
Tampa Bay is one of the fastest-growing metros in the country. The downside if you're a small operator is that local firms have moved upmarket — most won't quote you under $800–$1,200 a month, and if they do, you're the smallest client on their bench. We built SoFlo360 for the other end of the market: solo owners, owner-operators, and small teams in Hyde Park, Westshore, Carrollwood, Brandon, South Tampa, and the Westchase / Lutz / Wesley Chapel growth corridor who need clean monthly bookkeeping without paying a downtown office's overhead. Bank feeds, document upload, video calls, monthly close on a calendar date. We're not pretending to be Tampa-local — we're an hour east on I-4 — and we'd rather be honest about that than charge for an office we don't have.
These are the categories where we tend to fit small operators in the Tampa market best. If yours isn't listed, ask us anyway — about half our work is in industries we don't have a dedicated page for yet.
Independent restaurants and cafés from Ybor City and Seminole Heights to Hyde Park, Davis Islands, and SoHo. Food cost, labor, tips, daily sales, and Hillsborough County sales tax tracked monthly. POS reconciliation against bank deposits.

View serviceSolo agents and small teams across Hillsborough and Pasco. Commission income, splits, MLS dues, marketing spend, and Schedule C or S-corp-ready books. Tampa Bay's market is uneven — the books need to keep up with the income swings.
View serviceCharters, detailing, marine repair, dive ops, and fishing guides operating out of Tampa Bay, Apollo Beach, Ruskin, and the Westshore Marina District. Seasonal cash flow, fuel and slip expenses, and 1099 mate or captain records handled cleanly.
View serviceConsultants, designers, agencies, attorneys, and one-person professional shops in Westshore, downtown, Channelside, and the USF area. Project tracking, retainer income, subcontractor 1099s, and clean S-corp owner-draw setups.
View serviceTampa-area Airbnb and VRBO owners — Davis Islands, Channelside, South Tampa, and Hillsborough's coastal Apollo Beach / Ruskin pockets. Per-property tracking, Hillsborough tourist development tax, and clean Schedule E or C books per unit.
