SoFlo360 is a Florida-based bookkeeping firm serving Tampa-area small businesses remotely. We're an hour east in Polk County, the work happens entirely online, and the result is the same as a bookkeeper down the street — minus the office overhead and the scheduling headaches.
We want to be honest upfront: we're not in Tampa. We're in Polk County, an hour east on I-4. Almost everything in modern bookkeeping is remote — bank feeds, document upload, cloud accounting, video calls — and our Tampa clients get exactly the same service as our Polk and Orlando clients. If you want someone you can hand a shoebox of receipts to in person, we're probably not the right fit. If you want a Florida-based bookkeeper who'll answer the phone, deliver on time, and not charge Tampa-office prices, we're a strong match.
Tampa Bay's economy is concentrated in a handful of small-business categories where our work tends to fit well.
Independent and small-group restaurants from Ybor City to South Tampa. Food cost, labor, daily sales, Florida sales tax and Hillsborough surtax tracked monthly.
View serviceResidential subs and small GCs across the Tampa metro. Job costing, 1099 vendor records, and clean year-end books for the CPA hand-off.
View serviceSolo agents and small teams. Commission income, marketing spend, MLS dues, and Schedule C or S-corp-ready books.
View serviceTampa-area Airbnb and VRBO owners. Per-property tracking, Hillsborough tourist development tax, and clean reporting per unit.
View serviceSalons, fitness studios, landscaping, professional services, and trades — the bread-and-butter small businesses that need clean monthly bookkeeping.
View serviceShopify and Amazon sellers based in or shipping from Tampa. Channel-level revenue, COGS, inventory, and multi-state sales tax setup.
View serviceThere's nothing technically different about bookkeeping for a Tampa business versus a Polk County one. The work is the same. Here's how the engagement runs.
