I started SoFlo360 because I kept seeing the same thing — talented business owners running into the same financial roadblocks, not because they weren't smart enough, but because nobody had built them a system that fit how they actually worked.

Books behind by months. Payroll records living in three different inboxes. Invoices nobody followed up on. A QuickBooks file nobody trusted. None of these are accounting problems on their own — they're operations problems. And once the operations get organized, the books take care of themselves.
