SoFlo360 is based in Auburndale, Polk County. We serve small businesses across the I-4 corridor and the rest of Florida remotely. Bank feeds, document upload, video calls, monthly close on a calendar date. Polk County. Where we're actually local.
We're based in Auburndale. The four cities below are within 30 minutes of our office. The only markets on the site where in-person meetings are easy to arrange.
Tampa & Plant City.
Hillsborough County. One of the fastest-growing metros in the country. We're an hour east on I-4.
Orlando, Kissimmee, & St. Cloud.
The Disney corridor, the Latino business community of Kissimmee and BVL, and the residential growth east of Lake Tohopekaliga.
Clearwater, St. Petersburg, & Dunedin.
The beach corridor, the downtown St. Pete arts and brewery scene, and the small-market Dunedin niche.
Miami.
Three and a half hours south by car, but the work runs identically over the wire. Spanish-first by default.
Ybor City & Brandon.
Two more Hillsborough County markets: Tampa's historic Latin Quarter and the fast-growing east-county suburbs.
Sarasota, Fort Myers, & Naples.
The Gulf coast south of Tampa. Construction, real estate, marine, and hospitality, all run remotely.
Fort Lauderdale & Key West.
Down the Atlantic coast and out to the islands. Yachting, hospitality, and tourism, handled over the wire.
Jacksonville, St. Augustine, & Gainesville.
North Florida. The big Jacksonville metro, the nation's oldest city, and the Gainesville college market.
Tallahassee & Panama City.
The capital and the Panhandle coast. A real drive from us, but the remote workflow doesn't care about distance.
