SoFlo360 is a Florida-based bookkeeping firm serving Orlando-area small businesses remotely. We're an hour west in Polk County, the work happens entirely online, and we serve clients from Lake Nona to Winter Park to Kissimmee — including the vacation rental hosts in the Davenport/Champions Gate corridor that runs through our backyard on I-4.
Orlando has plenty of CPAs and bookkeepers — the tourist economy keeps them busy. We're not pretending to be Downtown Orlando local. We're an hour west on I-4, and we built the engagement to run remotely from day one. Bank feeds, document upload, video calls, monthly close on a calendar date. Where we tend to fit best: vacation rental hosts in the Disney/Universal corridor who need clean per-property books before tax season, and small operators in Lake Nona, Winter Park, and east Kissimmee who are tired of being a tiny client at a big firm.
Orlando's economy is the most diverse in Florida — tourism, healthcare, tech, education, real estate. These are the small-business categories where our work lands well.
Davenport, Kissimmee, Champions Gate, and Reunion. Per-property tracking, Osceola County tourist development tax, and clean Schedule E or C books for tax season. The Orlando STR market is the largest in the country — books need to be set up to match.
View serviceIndependent restaurants in Mills 50, Thornton Park, Audubon Park, and the Sand Lake Restaurant Row. Food cost, labor, tips, daily sales, and Orange or Osceola County sales tax tracked monthly.
View serviceResidential subs riding the suburban growth wave from Winter Garden to Lake Mary to St. Cloud. Job costing, 1099 vendor records, and CPA-ready year-end books.
View serviceSolo agents and small teams across Orange, Seminole, and Osceola. Commission income, splits, marketing spend, MLS dues, and Schedule C or S-corp-ready books.
View serviceSalons, fitness studios, landscaping, healthcare practices, and professional services across Orange and Seminole. Clean monthly close, reliable reports.
