Why we don't price on revenue: a $500K services business with 30 transactions/month pays Starter. A $200K e-commerce business with 600 transactions/month pays Scale. Volume and complexity drive the work, not gross revenue.

What if my books are behind?

If you're months (or years) behind, we'll do the catch-up cleanup first — then start your monthly plan with current books.

Catch-up cleanup pricing

Cleanup runs 80–100% of your eventual monthly tier × the number of months behind, with a $500 minimum. We give you a flat quote before starting.

Example: Growth-tier business 6 months behind ≈ $2,400 cleanup (one-time), then $399/mo ongoing.

Pricing questions, answered.

We price by transaction volume, number of bank and credit card accounts, and complexity — not by revenue. A $500K services business with 30 transactions per month pays Starter pricing. A $200K e-commerce business with 600 transactions per month pays Scale pricing.
If your monthly transactions exceed your tier limit for two consecutive months, we'll re-quote at the next tier — and we tell you before that happens, not after. No surprise invoices.
No standard onboarding fee on the monthly plans. If your books need catch-up or cleanup before we can start monthly work, we'll quote that separately based on how many months are behind. Cleanup typically runs 80–100% of the ongoing monthly tier per month behind, with a $500 minimum.
We can bundle your QuickBooks Online subscription at our wholesale rate, or you can keep it billed to your business directly. Either works.
Tax preparation, personal finance work, audit support, and CFO-level strategy are not included in the monthly plans. We can refer you to a CPA partner for tax filing and provide year-end CPA-ready records as part of Growth and Scale tiers.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any monthly cycle. Most clients start in Starter or Growth and move up as their business grows.
