Who We Work With

Built for Florida small businesses that want their books done right.

We work with startups, owner-operators, and small businesses that have outgrown DIY bookkeeping but aren't ready for a full in-house accountant. Most of our clients have between one and twenty employees, run their business from the field, the shop, or a small office, and need their books, payroll, and AP/AR handled cleanly so they can focus on running the business itself.

We're Florida-based and remote-capable, so the conversations happen on your schedule — by phone, email, or a quick video call. Spanish-friendly support is available throughout: tell us your preferred language on the form and we'll match it.

Before You Book

A few questions we hear before the first call.

Yes. The first call is a no-cost, no-obligation conversation about where your books currently stand and what support might make sense. We'll review your current setup, talk through what's working and what isn't, and recommend a next step — even if that next step doesn't involve us.

No. We're Florida-based but operate cloud-first, which means we can serve small businesses across the U.S. That said, most of our clients are Florida-based — and Florida-specific topics like state sales tax and reemployment tax are areas where we know the terrain well.

Nothing formal. A rough sense of your monthly revenue, how many bank or credit card accounts feed your books, whether you're using QuickBooks (or something else), and what's been slipping or stressing you out lately. If you have a recent profit and loss report handy, great — but it's not required to have a useful conversation.

That's a common starting point, and it's not a problem. Catch-up bookkeeping and QuickBooks cleanup are part of what we do. If your books have fallen behind by a few months — or a few years — we can sort through what's there, reconcile what's missing, and get you back to a clean monthly close.

Within one business day. If you book a Calendly slot directly, that time is already on the calendar. If you send a message through the form or by email, we'll reply with next steps within twenty-four business hours.
